this piece referenced the german army trainer silhouette, a shoe model that was widely released and distributed during world war 2 as a standard issued footwear for the german soldiers. comes in the classic white leather upper with grey suede panels. this pair of shoes is done by martin's team themselves, featuring a graffiti-esque print, made up of scribbles using ballpoint pens handwritten by the atelier.
