after parting ways with number (n)ine in 2009, takahiro miyashita embarked on a new creative endeavor that would accurately represent his personal style. in his own semi-eponymous brand, takahiro funnels his inspirations from music and films into a captivating narrative every season. the languid garments are tailored to a tee and every single detail is intentionally done.

this harness in particular from the ss19 collection features an asymmetrical cut with a zip pocket on the left, with printed stars and music notes decorating the entire piece. it was a nod to his personal interests - his fondness for music and a slightly more ‘dreamy’ theme that has been omnipresent throughout his designs at the label.  this piece is a sample piece, as shown from the inner wash tag.
